Patient assistance: falling/slipping out of chair

They're needing assistance because the patient is falling out of his chair. He probably fell out of his chair by now but he was slipping out of his chair so somebody's gonna have to pick him up. Yes ma'am. I just didn't know if this is really like a list of things. I say it's wanted to go to the hospital by ambulance because I would change or respond to these calls.
