Behind 25th Street and I was on 25th Street and he cut up between two houses and then the other time the second half he came up to talk to me and I got to 24th Street on this human cross. So I'm pretty sure he either double black or he's hiding somewhere in the middle of the block between 25th and 24th.

Suspect fled from alley, all black clothing, possibly hiding near 24th–25th Streets

The one we saw was all black. We had left behind the 1,300 block at east 25th. It ran from the alley up between the houses and it's unclear if he crossed all the way over 24th. He might be hunkered down somewhere. There's a couple of empty blocks on that street.

Four thousand, okay. Passport vehicle burglary, start of south, 26, 27 Oak Avenue, going to be three or four juveniles in ski masks and blue gloves. They're running around breaking into vehicles, cat is frozen, but you guys are on the call.
