Unit 1, Engine 4, Unit 5, and today Kirk wanted to tell you about the new year's party to report that a structure fire at the College of Lubbock, 2008 9th Street, U.S.A. is in alpha. Other reporting parties, they have an impossible fire in their upstairs area. It's safe that they did not actually see flames, just have a strong smell. Upstairs should be evacuated. Close to fire hydrant is going to be at 9th Street and Avenue T is in annual.
