Vehicle in water, railroad tracks

We didn't find anything between 4,000 and 3,900. There was a vehicle just on the other side of the county line and cross streets and off in a smaller bar ditch. Right here it's checked it with nobody in that vehicle so I can show myself engine one and brush one and head back to town. If you let your deputy know that there wasn't anybody back there. Ten-four. And in my lab, Texas I know that at the bottom of the hill, between 3,904,000, the water is starting to move out on the highway as well.
