Disturbance - subject with possible weapon

21-24, can I get a description of that? It's okay, it's good. 10-4, it's going to be a black metal, worn a brown shirt and black pants.

Check for a travel disturbance at the vantage point apartment, forty-three-o-two, sixteenth street, apartment number five. Our mask could be a black male, approximately fifty years' age. Walls worn out red and white, the hat, no shirt. Somebody possibly has a steak knife.
